Who we are

Harmsen Construction is a family business building custom homes since 2012. With a small crew handpicked for each job, Brad oversees every aspect of construction while Christine takes care of all the administrative work. The Harmsen Construction team enjoys working closely with clients who are looking for a unique, custom home. We are proud to be a Frontenac Ambassador.

What we do

Harmsen Construction specializes in building custom country homes. Our focus is delivering a quality home that surpasses the home buyer's expectations. We work with you to create your dream home, starting with designing the perfect floor plan; either modifying one of our existing floor plans or starting fresh with your own ideas.

Features and Warranty

Harmsen Construction homes typically feature upgraded finishes whenever possible such as quality hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, decorative trim, and 9' ceilings throughout the main floor. Upgraded custom kitchens are standard, as is the upgraded lighting package (including pot lights). We spray foam and drywall basement exterior walls to provide a dry and insulated space.

Every Harmsen Construction home is covered under the Tarion warranty program. We are proud to have an exceptional standing with Tarion.
